You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your account as well as for paying any

Your right to view webinars that are available for donation via the Website is conditional on our receipt of donation for the webinar access. If donation cannot be charged to your credit card or if a donation is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your account, thereby terminating your agreement to these Terms of Use and all obligations hereunder.
If you are dissatisfied with the webinar contents, you may request a refund of your donation within 30 days of date of donation for a partial refund. Third party transaction fees will be deducted from your donation and we will notify you via email of your refund amount. We will strive to issue a refund within 15 business days of our receiving your request. If you have not received a refund within 25 business days from the day you sent us your request, please email us for further assistance. All requests for donation refunds should be sent to administrator@choosevibrantliving.org.
